Return Policy

1Cooling-off period
You have a 7-day cooling-off period (including holidays) starting from the day you received your goods, except for products that were purchased through physical stores, customized products, and personal hygiene products that have been unpacked. These types of products do not fall under the "Applicable Standards for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Terminate Telecommunication Transactions," and are therefore not eligible for the 7-day cooling-off period. ※ Please be reminded that the cooling-off period is not a trial period. If the product has been used or cannot be resold due to human factors, return is not accepted.

Return policy 
Returned goods must be unused and in their original condition with no damage or stains caused by human factors. Both the product and packaging must be in their original condition; otherwise, we cannot process the return if anything is missing. We do not accept returns or exchanges in following cases: .Products that have exceeded the 7-day cooling-off period. .Products that have been unpacked and used, or have damaged packaging, removed seals, tags, glue, or labels that make the product unsellable. .The returned product's packaging is incomplete or damaged, the invoice is missing, or the accessories are not complete. .Products that are explicitly marked as non-returnable and non-exchangeable on the webstore. .The product is stained with make-up, dirt, or has been washed. .Returning items with malicious intent or making bulk returns.

Contact the customer service→ confirm whether the products can be returned or exchanged→ pack the product and invoice→ provide the pick-up time, contact information and address→ and the products will be collected by the logistic service commissioned by the webstore.

Refund instructions 

After received your return request and returned product, we will issue a refund within 10 working days.
.For payment made by credit card: After confirming the return process is completed, we will directly refund the amount to the original credit card account. (Due to different refund regulations of each bank, please contact your issuing bank for the actual refund time.) .For payment made by ATM transfer or cash on delivery: After confirming the return process is completed, we will transfer the refund amount to the bank account provided by you.

Instructions for Overseas Orders 
.We do not accept returns or exchanges for overseas orders at the moment.
.Please ensure to provide accurate shipping information when placing your order. If the package is returned due to incorrect information provided, the buyer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees and customs duties.
