Shipping information
1. The product will be shipped out within 2-4 working days after placing an order (excluding the day of order).
2. For the delivery time of [Pre-order products], please refer to the product page.
3. Delivery is available from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm, and there is no delivery on weekends.
4. Delivery may be delayed due to high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances.
5. If you choose [home delivery], the actual delivery schedule will depend on the route arranged by the delivery driver.
6. If you choose [convenience store pick-up], please pay attention to the SMS notification and pick up the product within seven days after arrival. Customers will be responsible for the shipping fee if the product is not picked up without any valid reason.

Issuing invoices
📌  You can choose one of the methods following to receive your invoice :
1. E-Invoice (Cloud Invoice) : The E-invoice (cloud invoice) will be stored in our member carrier and will be automatically generated within 12 hours after the transaction is completed, and will be sent directly to your email (we will automatically redeem your prize after the lottery is drawn, and the paper invoice will be sent to your shipping address).
2. Donate E-Invoice : The system will automatically donate your invoice to the "XXX Foundation" if you choose to donate.
3. Paper invoice for corporate : According to the "Operating Guidelines for Electronic Invoicing" issued by the Ministry of Finance, dttofriends issues electronic invoices for all consumption. If you need to claim this receipt, please enter your tax identification number and invoice letterhead during checkout, and we will send your paper invoice along with your order (the invoice will be sent to the same address as the shipping address).
